I'm giving 5 stars to Raymond. My appointment was canceled by this dealer without asking me ( by the way how can you cancel an appointment and then schedule one without asking the person if that is alright??? I mean come on this is Mercedes Benz and it is 2022; customer experience is everything). I called to make this wrong doing; Right. Once I explained the situation to Raymond; he immiditaley found the only possible solution. Although I spent almost a whole day at the facilities ( and I was well taken care of by Raymond) still if it wasn't for Raymond; I could not get my baby to service A on the designated date. Raymond truely stands for Mercedes Benz values. Also I would like to thanks Richard vestland for his support too.
