I was initially very dissatisfied, but ultimately received good service. I was told afterward that it wasn't their fault. However, I would advise against dragging customers into discussions with the insurance company. Otherwise, they were very friendly and understanding! Thank you.

I requested a quote from this company to spray paint the front bumper, hood, and side skirts of my car. To my great surprise, it cost over €5,100. Now, at another paint shop, it's being done for €1,050. A huge difference.

They are very friendly and helpful. My car is being repaired there now. You also get a loaner car for free 😀. I picked up my car there again, and you can't really tell it was there anymore. They also washed and cleaned my car 😁. I am very satisfied. (This was on November 17, 2022) I went back briefly because a mistake was made during the repair. This was still under warranty and was resolved quickly. I also received a loaner car. All in all, very satisfied with the customer service and the friendliness. (This was on April 5, 2023)

I was called beforehand to schedule an appointment after Stern received the damage report from the leasing company. When I dropped off my car, the replacement was already waiting for me. Two days later, after the car was ready, I received a call to pick it up. It had been meticulously washed, and the damage had been repaired efficiently. 👌🏻 Great service and friendly staff!
