I've been several times, and the loaner cars have never gone smoothly. Either there wasn't a loaner car available, forcing me to wait a long time or book a taxi home. Or a completely different car was ready than the one I'd agreed upon. Unfortunately, this branch is far worse at communicating and honoring agreements than others. An extra star because the repairs often went smoothly. But I recommend a different Hedin branch.

I bought a CLA Shooting Brake from Hedin Hilversum in June. I received excellent service from salesperson Roberto! They're very helpful and offer excellent service, as you'd expect from a reliable car (although this seems to be quite unique these days)! Very happy with the purchase! I'll be buying my next one from this dealer again!

It's great to be taken seriously by Hedin Hilversum. Today I received approval for a used C-Class. So far, everything has been well arranged by Roberto. We'll pick up the C-Class next week, thanks in advance.

I went here to get a part for my Mercedes. At the counter, I was told they don't supply parts here, but in Nieuwegein. But the person at the counter escorted me to the warehouse employee to help me anyway (great). The man wasn't interested, quickly looked, and said they couldn't supply them (too bad). Never again! The service after the counter in the warehouse is 0. I ended up at Van Mossel and they helped me perfectly, and I already have the part.
