"We bought a beautiful luxury Renault Talisman. After a week, there was a problem with the fuel pressure regulator. They promptly replaced it under warranty. It also turned out the car needed a service, which they also performed promptly and free of charge. We were given a loaner car for a while because they wanted to keep the car and fully test it before returning it. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!"

"We are very satisfied with our interactions with this relatively new car dealership in Hoogeveen. We were treated kindly during the final purchase of an Opel Karl and traded in our Renault Twingo. We took the car with us immediately, and they helped us explore payment options. On the way back, it turned out that a tire pressure sensor was malfunctioning, and after contacting them via WhatsApp, we were able to quickly schedule an appointment for the sensor's free replacement. All in all, we are very satisfied!"

"We bought our first car at Hamstra & Herbers. We were the first to request a test drive for the car in question. Of course, we asked for some time to think about it afterward. There were only more interested parties in the following days. We were kept informed so we could be the first to make the decision. We ultimately bought the car. However, after a week and a half, during the hot days, we noticed that the air conditioning wasn't working properly. We were able to quickly return the car for a free air conditioning service. Excellent service!"
