"In August 2025, I bought this Mercedes CLA180 Shooting Brake from Peter. During the test drive, I had some minor issues that were supposed to be resolved before delivery. After a few months, I noticed an unexplained coolant leak. After a phone call, the car was inspected, and the problem seemed to be resolved. However, the defect later returned, and the car could be taken to a garage without any problems. The job turned out to be bigger than anticipated. However, Peter accepted it without any problems during the warranty period. I'm very happy with this service, which you certainly won't find everywhere. Honest and customer-friendly. "Two weeks ago, I took a test drive in what could be a new car. The service was fast and friendly, and you received a proper welcome. After the test drive, I sat down with Peter to finalize the financial details. At other garages, I received (in my opinion) too little trade-in value for my car. Peter gave me a realistic offer and was able to substantiate everything during the conversation. Four days later, I called to pick up my new car. Peter responded quickly and kindly. During the purchase, I had forgotten the car's paperwork, but this wasn't a problem for him. This last point, plus all the previous points, gave me a good feeling; it felt as it should.
