"Last night, I saw the garage owner yelling very intimidatingly and loudly at a girl whose car was broken down. The girl only had a flat tire. I heard him tell her to call the ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club). You'd think, if you were service-minded, you'd quickly change a tire. Especially as a garage owner, this is a piece of cake. The girl has now had to wait a long time in the cold. I'm never, ever going there."
