I cannot expect something else from Mercedes. Either you know what you do, and get 5 star rating or it's simply not your place and you get 1. So far who's recruiting the staff knows this very well.

Fast service, perfect service. They helped me at once also I drive a Smart Brabus but they found the urgently needed spare parts too! There was fair prices too. I will visit this enterprise again if I will have problems or maintenance next time.

Sales is great, very helpful. After sales service is terrible. Very unlike Mercedes standard I've been used to
