"Very very bad service and experience there. Sad we cant put 0 star because they deserves. I ask for change the sensor of my wheel (just 1), they give me the car back with an orange light on my computer board. They dont want to fix the problem and ask for more money. They ask me 146€ for just put my wheel off and put it back actually. They scammed me, maybe because i have a french car… i dont know. But NOT NORMAL"

"Very bad experience...they changed my airbags and damage my dashboard...they promess to arrange the dash board...nothing more then promesses!!!!already pass 4months and nothing...they promess to call me but they don't call...so I will forward the case to a lawyer...GOMES PURMEREND"

"Hi all, hope managers will look carefully on this Case. This Saturday morning I entered the place from rear access ( service reception) and here is what happened. Behind the reception were 2 male MB staff having a pleasant pep talk, whey were relaxed and smiling to each other. I reached in close distance and said Hello. Both stuff members continued their lovely conversation, without even turning an eye on my direction. I was waiting for 10-20 seconds and again said Hello !!! Both turned to me with a bit of confusion, and greeted me. I asked when , whether they intentionally ignored me?? Pocker face from MB stuff. I have immediately turned back and left MB office."

"I buy a car from this place, I paid for maintenance and 1 week later I need pay extra in Alkmaar because maintanece wasn't done at all. After another week battery die, I call them multiple times and they was told me they call me back but they was so busy they didn't call me back never. 0 professionalism from a Mercedes dealer. I don't recommend this place! And I see other reviews with problems like me in last period... Manager sleeping.. workers also sleeping... Everyone take free money in this company and bring a lot of stress and discomfort for clients.. make a bad image also for Mercedes."

"This is the 2nd time that this dealer fails to fix an issue and had to figure it out self. On top they have a very unprofessional and rude person at the reception who during both visits (2 years from each other) gave a very arrogant behaviour saying they can fix the problem period and when I told him I have paid €500 for this car service for my car system which stopped working so what will you do to help me out as a customer he said nothing there is nothing we can do and even got bothered that I addressed my unsolved car issue back to him. I will certainly not returning there and will certainly move away from Mercedes when switching to electric (soon) if this is the value they give to their customers."
