"DO NOT GO HERE! A disaster from start to finish My experience with Gofast Tuning is very bad. I contacted them to have a cut-out valve installed in my hybrid (model year ’21). According to them, this would be possible for €400. An appointment was scheduled, but on the day itself, I received a call in the morning saying that a staff member was sick and that the appointment had to be rescheduled. It turned out afterwards that Gofast Tuning is a self-employed contractor. The new appointment did not go as agreed either. I arrived right on time, but was subsequently placed in a cold waiting room without heating. The job was supposed to take a maximum of 1.5 hours, but in the end, I had to wait well over 5 hours. After those 5 hours, I was told that vacuum cannot be extracted from the engine in hybrids and that a vacuum pump therefore had to be installed for €150. At that point, I couldn't back out anymore, because everything had already been welded and assembled. In the end, I supposedly received a €100 “discount,” meaning I still had to pay €50 for that pump. However, that pump wasn't even in stock, forcing me to drive back and forth yet again (an extra 2 hours of travel time). It later turned out that power had been tapped from my car at the wrong location, forcing me to purchase a new battery for €155.95 (excluding installation). I also experienced malfunctions. When the battery was dead, I called Mr. from Gofast Tuning. He indicated at the time that this could absolutely have nothing to do with the valve — which turned out to be the case, so another lie. This was investigated at the garage: the car used 350 milliamperes while stationary, but as soon as the valve was disconnected, it used only 20 milliamperes (which is normal). Investigation costs: €75. Mr. had emphasized several times that the valve would only use power during opening or closing, but this turned out to be a lie. Because I was completely fed up with it, I asked if he would remove everything free of charge and let me keep the parts. He refused this. He was willing to do it for €100, or just move some cables “for free” (10 minutes of work). I did not agree to that. Also, when I asked what timeframe this could take, he replied very quickly: I am fully booked for the next 2 weeks. I eventually removed everything myself and am now having the welding done by another company. When I took it apart, I discovered to my surprise that no vacuum pump had been installed at all. So, I was simply scammed and paid €50 for nothing. Brief summary: • 1st appointment rescheduled based on a lie • Over €225 in extra expenses (excl. welding that still needs to be done) • Scammed: paid €50 for a pump that isn't even there • Driving back and forth twice = 4 hours travel time + 5 hours waiting instead of 1.5 hours • Poor waiting room (freezing cold, no facilities) Total costs: Valve: € 400.- So-called vacuum pump: € 50.- Fuel costs for me: € 30.- New battery: € 155.95 Inspection costs: € 75.- Dismantling costs (another company): between € 100.- and € 150.- Total: € 810.95 minimum for nothing but problems!"
