"The service, well, how can I put it? I didn't find the owner particularly friendly; he didn't radiate a welcome vibe. He was busy, so you should be happy that people find you. How many companies go bankrupt? I don't know if I'll come back after this repair. Meanwhile, the car has been parked on the side of the road for three weeks now; I had to take the train home. This is what I mean: the fact that this garage doesn't have the decency to tell you how long you'll have to wait is something this company doesn't do. Perhaps it's an idea for the owner to take a vacation to Thailand. Despite the fact that people there don't have much, you're greeted with a smile in every shop; you feel welcome. That's something you miss with this company. And if you believe his words, you'll read a different story on his website, how this gentleman presents himself. Just to add, he also said, "Don't expect to be helped right away." I knew that already, but the tone and appearance of this gentleman shocked me. He wouldn't even take my car key. He said, "Well, just put it down," in the spirit of "it has to be done." When I think about it, I feel truly disgracefully treated. Which I don't understand at all. If I'm a difficult customer, I say, "Okay," but even then, don't do something like that. I just drop the car off and go home, nothing else. Then they call, "He's ready, the car." I took the car to another garage, where I was given a date when they were available. I know they're busy, but everything was clearly explained to me. They even showed me a list of the number of cars for me. The owner of the garage, Exclusive, is unfriendly to me. I'll never set foot in there again. I find the other staff quite polite. A while ago, I dropped my car off at their place because it wouldn't start. The ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club) had said the connector on my diesel tank was burned out. I reported it to the garage, and they were able to install a new one. I picked it up, and it started right up again. Almost a year later, I had problems starting again. Coincidentally, the same ANWB man who had helped me back then showed up. He immediately checked the connector and said the connector hadn't been replaced. I've now paid for something at Garage Exclusief that wasn't done. I feel ripped off by this garage. This garage is praised by many, but between the lines, they write invoices that aren't paid. That's pretty decent of this company, isn't it?"
