They gave me very friendly service and let me borrow a charging cable. It's great that such a service still exists."

"Garage Bakker was my lifesaver today. I was reinstalling my car battery after recharging it sufficiently at home. It's an easy job, so it wasn't really a problem, but at some point, key number 10 fell into the engine compartment amidst all the work and disappeared from view. My wife and I searched for the key and managed to locate it. It was somewhere on the plate that closes off the engine compartment from below, but we couldn't reach it. We needed a ramp to get underneath. I thought of a garage nearby so I wouldn't have to drive far. You never know if a key like that might get caught in one of the moving parts. My immediate thought was Garage Bakker at 21 Gazelle Street in Apeldoorn. I drove there, a few hundred meters from home. I received a very friendly welcome and explained the problem. Within minutes, our car was on the ramp. A little later, key number 10 was found. Everything was neatly sealed up underneath, and a little later our car was ready again. All of this was completely free of charge. What fantastic service, especially considering my car was purchased from a different dealership and wasn't a Renault either. All of this made it clear to me that service is paramount at Garage Bakker, and cars of any make are welcome. Your car is in expert hands at Garage Bakker, and I've read that in previous reviews. Garage Bakker in Apeldoorn is highly recommended."

"We love coming to this garage. We were able to come in twice for emergency repairs without an appointment. The car was ready to be picked up the next day. Professional and genuinely friendly staff. Since then, we've been bringing our cars in for their MOT. 5 stars for Garage Bakker!"
