"On Friday, November 21st, I had a minor service and MOT (periodic vehicle safety inspection) carried out on my Citroen C1. This was charged as a major service, and I also paid for three spark plugs at €35 each, excluding hourly wages. I inspected them, but unfortunately, they weren't plated. I then asked for an explanation, but after three days, still no response. You don't have to agree with an invoice, but at least be willing to discuss it. If there's still no response within a few days, we'll pay the invoice, and they'll lose a loyal customer who buys and has had maintenance done by Wander Autos. Our trust in this garage seems to have been permanently damaged. Such a shame!"

"We were on vacation in Hindeloopen when somebody stole the catalyst of our car. The Wander garage was the closest Toyota dealer and they really helped us a lot. They got a replacement within a few days whereas the Toyota original part would have been available only in 2025. Furthermore, they were kind enough to provide us with a replacement car for the time where it was nigh impossible to get a rental car or a replacement from somewhere else. While the replacement was a very old car, it did help and kept us mobile during the repair. And Wander did not charge us for it but only asked to refill gasoline."
