Terrible garage!! This owner, Arshak, is an unfriendly man (to put it mildly) and doesn't treat his customers well. He tried to rip me off. Never come here again! Don't trust the other reviews. They don't seem to be entirely genuine.

Garage Purmerend is highly recommended for anyone looking for helpful and reliable car service. I had a coolant leak and needed my car repaired urgently. Every garage I contacted in the area (Zaandam) told me they were busy and wouldn't be able to help me for the foreseeable future. Then, through an acquaintance, I contacted Sam from Garage Purmerend. Sam understood my urgency and told me he could take a look at my car as soon as I could bring it to the garage. The only problem was that it was unsafe to drive, and finding transportation was a hassle. Sam then offered to transport my car himself and picked it up the same day. The next day, my car was repaired and ready to drive again. Their focus on customer service and satisfaction is outstanding, and I am extremely grateful for that, especially Sam!

My car's window regulator broke. Other garages, including this one, were busy and had no time, but they still made time for me to look at the regulator and eventually fix the window because the delivery time for a new one was too long (I'm not from the area). Garage Purmerend was able to get me back on the road quickly and free of charge.
