"The prices on the website are not respected when you actually go to the garage. They showed me a bill of 400eur more than what I expected and then claimed it was a misunderstanding. Still paid more than what I expected after negotiating with them. They also asked to pay in cash to avoid taxes. I eventually paid 250eur for a simple maintenance, while the price on the website is advertised at around 120eur. After I arrived home I realized that they changed my license plate holder with their own branded one without consulting or even mentioning it to me. Definitely not going back for my next maintenance."

"I had a terrible experience with Lorist. The bill was much higher than agreed upon, and some things hadn't been done that were supposed to be. After I confronted them about it, they said they would, but when I got the car back, it still hadn't been done. I'm now filing a complaint with the Bovag (Dutch Insurance Agency). I'll never go to Garage Lorist again. (It's truly outrageous that you claim to have cleaned the car. And even more outrageous is that after I brought it back for a second cleaning, you simply did nothing. And I still say with a smile, "I cleaned it nicely." I spent 200 euros on a professional cleaning, and the first time it started raining, I thought, "What a bunch of crooks these are." The windows were so greasy that I had to get off at the gas station to have them cleaned. The new antenna doesn't work at all; outside the city, if I'm lucky, I only receive one radio station. All in all, I spent 1000 euros. And I was truly robbed. I really hope people are careful with Lorist."
