"Terrible company; they don't understand much about older cars, let alone newer models. Very aggressive staff who prioritize profit over craftsmanship. If you go there, you've been warned! I've already sent complaints to Bovag, and they're aware of it. I don't understand the bad reviews, but this needs to be mentioned."

"Just 04 11 24 I arrived at 1530 with the question if the person everywhere wanted to measure my battery. This was not possible no time and no more new customers I say too bad, then I say this deserves a review then very intimidating look and scan my and my license plate and car. Thanks again for x. The dealer further on did this for free and the battery will be replaced this was Suzuki Jonker. 0 star was not possible"
