"I've had my car serviced at this garage for years, but I won't be going back after a negative experience, despite several people having good ones. I'll give you an honest account of my experience. On November 24, 2025, I called to ask if they could take a look at my car because I heard a rattling noise under the car that I didn't trust. Unfortunately, the person on the line (I don't remember his name) wasn't planning on getting off the lift because he'd already done it four times. I was told to call back that afternoon or the next day, keeping in mind they wouldn't be able to help me until January. Seriously? Just checking a rattle? And then stating on the website that they're not just a number, but that personal service is paramount. Finally, I called roadside assistance, and they were at my door within half an hour. After fifteen minutes of looking under the car and a test drive, they found the problem: worn rear shock absorbers. Well, thanks then. I've since found another garage."

"A person answering the phone hang up on me twice because I couldn’t express the problem with my car well enough in Dutch. So I attempted to speak in English and he hung up on me!! I called again and tried again to explain in Dutch that my car needs only to check the oil and he quickly said that from the 24 July they are on vacation when today is the 11th! I am not en expert but I don’t think it takes long to check the oil. Very disrespectful behavior and I will never bring my car there if this is the start. Next time please just say that you don’t speak English and we are all happy instead of this bad manners."
