"Never go to this garage. Never bring your car here for repairs. I had a breakdown in France. My insurance company brought my car here. I went to the garage myself and told them the problem was the fuel pump. He called me the second day and said, "Our mechanic isn't here. We found the pump somewhere else. That's why it's going to take two weeks." I said, "I'm going to find another garage." I found another garage. Then he called me and said, "We found the pump at a dealership, but you have to buy it for 700 euros." I refused because it was too expensive for me. I said, "I found another garage where I'd take my car." I went to the garage to take the car to another garage. I saw that the car was unlocked. He said, "Bring the pump here, we'll replace it." I said, "The garage said the car has to be in my garage." He said, "Okay, then come pick it up tomorrow." I went the second day, and his father asked me for €150. I asked, "Why?" He said they opened the car and put things back on. I asked, "Why did you do that?" And yesterday your son didn't mention anything about the cost. He said, "I don't know, otherwise if you're going to pay €150, you can take your car with you, so we won't give it to you." His son said the same thing. "I didn't know what to do now?" "I'll never go back and take my car in for an oil change because there was too much oil in it. When I arrive, an employee says without having seen the car or looked at it that there is something wrong with the exhaust. I tell him no, that's not right, I just want to change my oil. Then he comes to take a look and says that the catalytic converter is broken. I thought to myself, you just want to make money while there is nothing wrong with the car. Now I pay 40 euros for that. When I go back to pick up the car, the whole car makes a loud noise out of nowhere on the road. I call the shop again and explain everything, he says on the phone. I put the same oil back in the car, they hang up angrily. Now ANWB comes and says the man exhaust is torn. I take it back, the man gets angry. The shop tells me that the catalytic converter is broken. Don't believe them for a second. I suspect that they broke something on purpose so that I can bring the car back to have it repaired and that way they also have work. They are not friendly. I stood in my car for 2 minutes and had to leave their building. The worst shop I have ever seen and everyone I know will know this."
