"A lousy garage. First of all, they performed a very superficial diagnosis, and I paid over €80 for an answer I already knew. Finally, they left a half-empty bottle of water on the passenger seat. Very sloppy, they won't see me again."

"With a very strange feeling, I decided not to buy the car after all. The salesman kept talking about other customers who were going to buy it anyway. You felt incredibly pressured by the salesman to make a decision now. He also stated that he didn't hold any cars, and customers had to make choices immediately. Finally, he explained that the customers who wanted to buy the car didn't have the money yet, but supposedly would in two weeks. I also mentioned that I'd like to take a test drive and then make a possible offer. Then he said he'd let other customers have the car, and suddenly I was no longer welcome because he wasn't accepting offers, even though he'd said a day earlier that he could lower the price slightly. Summary: the salesman makes all sorts of statements that ultimately contradict themselves, and does this solely to pressure the customer into paying an inflated price."
