⭐ 1 star – Flushed.nl ruined my automatic transmission. Terrible service and misleading. Flushed.nl literally left me with a broken car. I came in for an automatic transmission flush. My partner was given incorrect advice beforehand—simply because she's a woman. In the end, they couldn't even loosen a simple bolt. Instead of being honest, they didn't flush the transmission but "traditionally cleaned it." I was charged €400 for this worthless service. The results after their "service": - 3rd gear no longer works - Reverse no longer works - Automatic transmission shifts poorly - And now I have to have a new gearbox installed for €4,500 Zero problems in 3 years, and within two weeks of their service, the transmission was completely ruined. When I called them, I immediately got the standard excuse: "It's because of a faulty particulate filter sensor." That fault has been in the dashboard for a year without ever causing a single problem. What on earth does that have to do with the gearbox? I've spoken to several BMW specialists now. They all say the same thing: - traditional cleaning only cleans about 60% and can actually cause damage - flushing cleans about 95% and is the only correct method But Flushed keeps insisting that their traditional method cleans "90%." No specialist confirms this. They just keep making up their own story to cover up their mistakes. And when you confront them? "We can't do anything for you." No responsibility. No solution. Absolutely nothing. Conclusion: misleading, unprofessional, and harmful to your car. Thanks to Flushed.nl, I'm now stuck with €4,500 in damage to my automatic transmission. Legal assistance has been sought.

Top-notch service! My car shifts like new again after it started getting a bit jerky. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and transparent, and the photos of the contaminated oil spoke volumes. Important tip for other drivers: dealers often tell you this isn't necessary because "lifetime" sounds better marketing-wise and makes the car seem cheaper to maintain. They want to win the competition on paper, but they don't tell you that your transmission really needs fresh oil after 80,000 km to prevent problems. Go for expert advice and go to Flushed!

Absolutely not recommended, lacking professionalism and good customer service. I arrived at the garage at 9:00 a.m. because I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment. The garage was closed. At 9:30 a.m., someone called me and asked if I could come at 12:30 p.m., to which I replied that that wasn't possible because I had other commitments. I checked my email and saw that my 9:30 appointment had been canceled (it had been canceled at 9:23 a.m.) and that a new appointment had been made for 9:50 a.m. The mechanic arrived at the garage at 10:00 a.m. and after a brief discussion, he concluded that it was impossible for me to have a 9:30 appointment because they only accept one car. I showed him the text message I'd received from the company, which stated that I had an appointment after all. My car finally arrived at 10:15 a.m. Service ordered: 1. Transmission oil change + filter 2. Engine oil change + filter 3. Carbon Flush Hydrogen is injected into the engine through the air intake to safely remove carbon deposits from the pistons, valves, and combustion chambers. Of these three options, only the transmission oil was changed because the mechanic said he didn't have time for the rest!!! What a disgrace, so beware of these pseudo-mechanics. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Initially I had a negative experience, my appointment got cancelled literally 30 minutes before the actual time. I came long way from Almere and didnt know what to do. I had to wait another few hours to get my car serviced. However, the service was great, price is better than many of the other mechanics. The worker showed me the transmission oil after draining the transmission, explained how it looks like. he did a test drive before the oil change to understand the condition of the gearbox. Everything was very transparent and friendly. I forgave them after having such positive experience and decided to leave 5 stars review. I definitely recommend them but just watch out your appointment time :D

Had my transmission oil changed here and the service was solid. Staff was friendly and explained things clearly. The car shifts smoother now and the job was done on time. Fair pricing too. Would highly recommend. Noa was attentive and explained everything nicely.
