Fiat Wassink Doetinchem – For those who like to temper their expectations Arranging a lease: Applying for a lease car was mostly met with a groan. "Just look at how much effort I have to put in for a car I'm not earning anything on," I was followed by an email with a contract and the heartwarming message: "Enclosed is the lease contract, please sign both and return it." No explanation, no clarification — just an attachment that could easily have come from a shady, forgotten competition. Delivery: The car was ready and the paperwork was quickly taken care of. So far, so good!! But the tire pressure? One wheel set to student bike mode, the other pumped up for F1 Zandvoort. It was as if someone thought: "We'll make it a surprise; who knows, it might be exciting down the road." Return: The actual return was handled neatly by an external party: friendly, clear, and professional. A breath of fresh air after the showroom, where two salespeople were so engrossed in their gym chat that I felt like I was interrupting a fitness routine subscription rather than returning a car. Customer contact, unfortunately, wasn't part of their training schedule. When I asked for a receipt for the returned keys, I was told: "We do this often, you know. Just leave the keys on my desk." Service at the level of: if the coffee maker isn't in the way, you can leave it there. Conclusion: Cars? Absolutely. Service? Only if it's outsourced.

Very satisfied with the purchase of our (second-hand) car here. The salesperson was friendly, and everything went smoothly, from the test drive to the negotiation and the final delivery. The car received a new MOT and a service, during which even the timing belt was replaced. So people may sometimes complain about delivery costs, but you really do get value for your money. And we now have a nice car that we can drive worry-free.

Geen loze verkooppraatjes, De verkoper heeft goed geluisterd naar mijn wensen en beperkingen. Daarnaast een hele nette prijs voor de inruil gekregen, dus waren we het snel eens en heb ik mijn droomauto kunnen bemachtigen. Moest er wel een stukje voor rijden, maar dat was absoluut de moeite waard. De wijze van zaken doen heb ik als heel prettig ervaren. Een aanrader als je een betrouwbare occasion zoekt.

Beautiful cars, a decent dealership, and options for mid- to high-end budgets. We were treated well, but the salesperson felt a bit pushy. We were still exploring, but he kept steering the conversation towards "Buy! Buy! Buy!"
