I had a wonderful experience at Motorhuis Leiden. From the very first moment, I received friendly and professional service. Sales advisor Burak, in particular, deserves a huge compliment. He really took the time to listen to my needs, gave honest and clear advice, and was very helpful. I especially appreciated the open communication and customer-focused approach. No pushy sales pitches, just genuine interest and commitment. Everything was clearly explained, and agreements were honored. The service is excellent, and customer service is truly paramount. Thanks to Burak and the team at Motorhuis Leiden, I'm driving my new car with a good feeling. Highly recommended!

I recently picked up a Fiat from Motorhuis Leiden and I'm extremely satisfied with the way Mr. Burak Kaya assisted me. From the start, I felt welcomed—friendly, patient, and with plenty of time to answer my questions. The communication was pleasant and the process was quick, allowing the purchase to be completed smoothly and efficiently. I really appreciated that! Furthermore, Mr. Kaya went above and beyond to ensure I could pick up the car on the exact date I wanted, in line with my travel plans. He made the delivery extra special with a personal touch! I also received clear instructions on how the car works. From the initial meeting to the delivery, everything went very smoothly. All in all, a fantastic experience—I couldn't have wished for better. my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Motorhuis Leiden concerning my company van purchased from the dealership. Since acquiring the vehicle, I have encountered persistent issues that have significantly disrupted my business operations. Shortly after the purchase, the engine warning light began illuminating frequently. Despite multiple visits to the workshop, the issue remains unresolved. On my most recent visit, the van has been in the workshop for over 20 days and is still there... The communication from the workshop manager, Mr. Matthijs, has been unsatisfactory. He has been unable to provide clear timelines for repairs and has displayed a lack of empathy towards the impact these delays have on the business.
