"On the afternoon of November 22nd, Hekkert called us to say the Opel Insignia hadn't been sold after all and asked if we were still interested. We certainly did, but told him we couldn't come until the following Saturday morning, and if the car hadn't sold that week, we wanted to schedule a test drive right away. The car hadn't sold that week, so we drove back to Roermond on Saturday. The car was already waiting outside for the test drive. We were helped by Juul Suskens, who apologized for the previous week. After the test drive, we had a pleasant conversation with Juul and ultimately bought the car. Today, December 13th, we picked up the car, which was gleaming in the showroom. Juul ​​handled everything nicely, and we had a full tank (because we had to come from Soest) and received a real Limburg pie. All's well that ends well, and thanks again, Juul, for taking such good care of us. On November 18th, I saw an Opel Insignia and called immediately to tell them we couldn't arrive before Saturday, November 22nd. They wouldn't reserve the car, but agreed to call Friday afternoon and, if the car wasn't sold, we'd be there from Soest at 10:00 AM on Saturday. I called on Friday, and the car hadn't been sold yet. They told me there would be a test drive at 10:30 AM and that they would go ahead with it, even though we were the first to call about the car. They said they would call if the car wasn't sold. I told them we were the first to call, but they didn't respond because the salesperson hadn't made a note of it on Tuesday. So, you can't make an appointment with this company if you have to travel far."

"Me and my husband walked in to the saloon on Saturday ( 1st of april). We have a car from Hekkert and we wanted to ask a few questions regarding a new car and exchange. We walked around the saloon for at least 29 min We opened a car doors, boots doors , and we didn't sow a member of staff who works there. As we start living we sow a gentlemen who dressed in a red bull tram racing jumper talking to a couple. One person n the office serving another costumers and another person who was on his phone and ignored as as he sow us.we was standing front of the person who dressed in the red bull jumper for at least 10 min and he ignored as , not a word.we was niște waiting and waiting , when we give up as no bodh acknowledge us what so ever. Possible because my husband been dressed as a normal clothes with a baseball hat not wearing thousand and thousand worth of clothes or something but when you are a Hekkert costumer all ready and nobody knowlid7you from 3 member of staff not even say can you anti a second or something, it's a bit disappointing!! Never ever again will return to the Hekkert roermond saloon immrada to travel snd find another dealership even I have a contract with Hekkert! Advise: don't go there if you are not dressed well even if you are a hekkert costumer all ready!!!!"
