"We took the car in for an alignment. When we handed over the keys, we indicated that the steering wheel was tilted to the left when driving straight. After the alignment, the steering wheel remained the same. Several mechanics drove the car to the dealership and confirmed that the steering wheel was indeed crooked. We reported this to the eiuromaster reception and reviewed the report. The mechanic took a test drive and therefore believes the steering wheel is straight. So, as a customer, neither I nor the mechanics are seeing it correctly. The branch manager indicated he didn't want to take a look at the car for inspection. He said, "I believe my mechanic, so that's the only option." Good for the mechanic, but not so good for the customer."

"I got a flat tire on Sunday and, of course, no spare tire with the car. 😒 I quickly performed an emergency repair myself and called Euromaster on Monday. I needed four new tires anyway, and they expedited the decision for me. Unfortunately, the tires I wanted had a two-day delivery time. Luckily, the receptionist was very helpful and got me a loaner tire to replace the flat tire with the emergency repair so I could still make it to my work appointments while waiting for my ordered tires! Once the tires arrived, they were quickly and professionally installed, and I was on my way! The emergency solution was also a courtesy service! I'm more than satisfied and very pleased with the receptionist and the friendly mechanics. Great company, and I recommend them to everyone!!"
