Today, the guys at Erciyes were incredibly helpful again. I was able to get in quickly, and even though it was busy, they fixed my car the same day for a reasonable price. I've had my car fixed by them regularly, and I'm very pleased with their service. If they encounter any unusual issues, they always consult with me and are transparent about what they're experiencing. If necessary, they'll drive the car onto a ramp and show you what's wrong. Erciyes wasn't my usual garage because it's a bit further from home, but I'll always be taking my car there from now on! Keep it up, guys!

They charged me 40 euros just to read the error messages. After which they couldn’t be bothered with giving me a price for the needed maintenance. Not informative and helpful; will not be returning here anytime soon.
