I requested a trade-in offer, but received no response. After calling, I discussed a proposal, and decided to drive 200 km each way. No appointment was made, but unfortunately, no one was there at opening time at 10:00 AM. I called a few times, and finally managed to reach someone. I was politely spoken to, and as promised, I called back, after which an employee showed up who spoke with us and even gave us a test drive. After the test drive, the salesperson arrived. Unfortunately, it soon became clear that the car didn't have heated seats or the electric tow bar that had been advertised. They did offer to check both and try to resolve them, but we didn't feel the need to. So, unfortunately, it was a less than stellar experience, mainly because of the longer drive we had to make. The review is constantly being deleted, and the car in question is still online, with the specifications it doesn't have...

Recently bought the car I always wanted, my first Golf GTI Clubsport. The price was pretty amazing by itself, and when I got to the dealership I was greeted by Christian which immediately showed me the whole car, the extras it has and answered all my questions about it. I got to do a very pleasant test drive where he showed me everything else and got to put the car to the tests I wanted, everything perfect. The following days Christian made sure the car was in perfect conditions to be handed down to me, had the APK done as well, I was able to trade-in my old car for a very decent price as well. The day I picked up the car, everything else was done and handled and I drove away incredibly happy with what I just bought. All in all it was an amazing experience with a very good price on the car and in credible conditions, highly recommend it and if the opportunity of buying another car from them arises again, will make sure to do so.
