The staff really take their time, think along with you, and offer honest advice—something you don't find everywhere anymore. The customer service is excellent; you receive a warm welcome and are helped in a pleasant manner without any pushyness. Furthermore, the price-quality ratio is excellent. You can tell they stand by what they sell, and that inspires confidence. What also struck me was the expertise of the staff. They clearly know their stuff and explain everything clearly and understandably. In short: a reliable company where service and quality are still paramount.
