"We went to rent car and the personel didn't show us any contract to read they just took our infos 50 euros cash and they told us to sign in a tablet. The kept 300 euros in case there where damages and they gave us the keys. After some days (and after we returned the car intact) they charged me 165€ for things that never told I will be charged if I do them like doing more than a hundred kilometers per day,and then they charched me 77euros for doing extra kilometers. They said I should have stated or ask but I have never rent a car before in Amsterdam. They should tell that I have a only 100 kilometers per day and that we will pay extra money for every kilometer if we will do and haven't add more free kilometers, but I guess that way they wouldn't be able charge us extra money with their shady techniques. I would suggest to find an honest rental service office if you find yourself at Holland and you are a tourist"

"Extremely bad experience. This is what happened to me: - Since a month back made an appointment to pick up the car in a month at 8:00 AM. - Reserved my notary appointment - Hired someone to move the furniture into the car At the time of car pick up they said the car is not available, so I had to postpone my appointments and cancel my movement. In the end the said we are giving lot's of promotions to reimburse :D, only deducted 4 euros from my original invoice. This was your mistake dudes! I missed all of my appointments and lost half of my time and you are gifting me 4 euros? Definitely I wouldn't recommend or go back to this company."

"Good place to rent all kind and size of vans. Happy with their service. First 100km was free, but I forgot to fuel it when returning the van, and was charged for it. A deposit of 200 eur is required."

"Rented a car from diks. I paid an extra cost for winter sport tyres (alpine). I also paid an extra cost for foreign insurance to go to Germany. But the car was equipped with plain summer tyres Continental EcoContact 6, and I only noticed that half way to Germany. I was really disappointed and had to cancel my trip. I believe it’s absolutely not normal to charge your clients for winter tyres and provide cars with summer tyres in winter instead."
