Ik ben afgelopen vrijdag geholpen zoals je nog zelden meemaakt. Er moest met spoed iets vervangen worden aan mijn auto. Waar elke garage je tegenwoordig vertelt dat je over 6 weken aan de beurt bent, werd hier gelijk plaats gemaakt en tegen een scherpe prijs binnen een half uurtje de stuurstang vervangen. Super aardige kerel en kan hem iedereen aanraden. Absoluut 5⭐ kom graag nog een keer terug, maar zal dan wel een afspraak maken 😉

Mijn Ford Focus heeft hier een grote beurt, Apk, nieuwe distributieriem, waterpomp, spanners, voorwiellager, voorbanden, interieurfilter gehad. Zeer transparant in de communicatie. Geen bullshit. Auto loopt beter dan voorheen. Echt een top garage.

Ik kom hier inmiddels al jaren voor onderhoud en APK. Er wordt goed overlegd en ik krijg een duidelijke uitleg over wat er gedaan moet worden. Ook als ik vraag om iets dat misschien nog niet gedaan hoeft te worden wordt dat eerlijk en open besproken. Echt een hele fijne garage met goede service!

SLECHTSTE ERVARING OOIT! Ik ben ontzettend teleurgesteld in Diardam. Ze hebben mij een auto verkocht waarvan ze zwoeren dat het een goede koop zou zijn. Helaas blijkt het tegenovergestelde waar te zijn. Ondanks dat ik er een behoorlijk hoge prijs voor heb betaald, had ik nooit verwacht dat ik in minder dan een jaar al meer dan 1500 euro aan reparatiekosten zou hebben. Ik voel me echt genaaid door dit bedrijf. De auto heeft blijkbaar NOOIT enig onderhoud gehad. Alles was kapot, zelfs de OBD-poort, waardoor andere garages moeite hebben om überhaupt uit te lezen wat de problemen zijn. De auto staat nu al meer dan twee maanden in de garage. Ongelooflijk! Als ik minder dan één ster kon geven, had ik dat gedaan. Wees gewaarschuwd en blijf weg bij Diardam!

I bought two cars from him, the worst experience, the first car purchased was a Ford Ka and after the first test ride I made I pointed out to the boss of the workshop that I felt the brakes weak, he reiterated that the car ran good so I invited him to do a test in front of me, during the test the brake pipe exploded and he apologized and said that he would have paid for it himself and replaced it, of course, you were selling me a car with a broken brake system already before I bought it!! Ridiculous and dangerous, I thank God that I insisted on testing... The second car (Opel Corsa) was sold to me in working order, thank God but months later my ignition key broke, I took it to repaired by him and after 10 months it broke again for the same reason telling me that the piece in question had been replaced, absurd! Here I leave a screenshot of the conversation in which he states that a machine repaired and broken again for the same reason after 10 months is normal (I don't think so). He doesn't want to give me a quote even though the problem is the same one that he has already fixed previously (sent a video and explained that the problem is the same) and invites us to go to someone else because he is stressed ,nice way to treat customers after all the money i gave you!👎🏼👎🏼

He was selling a Ford Ka, I drive it to try it and the brakes didn’t work, I explained the problem but the mechanic was sure about him self that denying. I got till the point to make him place the car in the brakes control and all got break! Oil on the floor!!!Watch out from this guy! He believes he fix but he sell you a car with NO BREAKS! Orange Ford Ka!!! Witness can say that after the mechanic try it all got broken!!he was selling for good car! I could kill my self on the highway! We talk about Ford Ka orange please remind what you do!!!

First helped us in an emergency and we've been going back ever since. I have a large camper and a vintage truck and it's never an issue. Help is usually same or next day, very very quick. Highly recommended! We are so glad to have found them.

I went to re-fill the air conditioning system of my car today. Even though I’ve made an appointment i still had to wait over 30minutes to get served. The biggest complaint is that my door got scratched/damaged while they were handling and they’ve just played it of like they had nothing to do with it. Friendly staff but clearly not professional enough to own up to their mistakes. I would think twice and than additional three times more before going here.
