"I had problems with an Eberspächer forced-air heater. The staff were very friendly and competent, and they used similar units in their workshop to show me how it works and identify potential sources of error. They even provided me with a diagnostic tool free of charge so I wouldn't have to remove the heater from my boat. In the end, they found the problem (a burnt-out glow plug), bought a replacement part at a fair price, and repaired the heater myself. I can highly recommend this workshop! By the way, they speak excellent English and German."
