"We were looking for a larger family car and ended up at Chris van Den Ouden Automotive for a Kia Niro. As several people have mentioned in previous reviews, Chris treated us kindly, helpfully, professionally, and above all, honestly. That immediately gave us a feeling of trust. During the test drive, we already knew this was the car we wanted. Afterward, we sat down with Chris to determine the value of our trade-in. This was done honestly and realistically, which we greatly appreciated. As an added service, we were even able to pick up the car the next day, as it wasn't convenient for us later that week. His helpful approach was a real plus for us. Unfortunately, there was also a small downside (not from Chris's perspective): when returning our car, we noticed it was a bit jerky when accelerating. We reported this immediately and together we came to a fair agreement to resolve the repair costs. This again demonstrated Chris's professional and solution-oriented approach. We can only say that Chris van Den Ouden Automotive is a fantastic guy. Thank you for the great service and the smooth handling. "We wanted to buy a car and ended up at Den Ouden Automotive. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by Chris, who showed us several cars and told us a lot about them. He also understood what we wanted. What really struck me was how much time he took, but above all, without being pushy! That's how you want to be treated, because if that's the case, I'd be out of the picture. We bought the car and are very happy with it; everything was handled quickly and efficiently. We definitely give it 5 stars, and we'll be going to Den Ouden Automotive from now on, a reliable company!"

"Den Ouden Automotive is more than worth its 5 stars. I initially looked at a car elsewhere, but I wasn't happy with it, and I had Den Ouden Automotive as a backup. But I'm so glad I went there. Chris isn't your average car salesman; he only wants satisfied customers, and in our case, that was a success. I bought a very nice Toyota Auris hybrid for a fair price. With a complete explanation, including invoices from the previous owner and a new MOT, there were a few minor issues, and Chris resolved everything perfectly for the price we agreed on. I could say much more, but the 5 stars say it all. I've bought many cars in my life, but Chris is in my top 3. I would definitely buy my next car here. "I had a great experience with Chris, the owner. I had selected a car from his store and we made a deal, but unfortunately my finance didn’t get approved. Even then, he patiently waited for me for 3–4 weeks and kept the car reserved. After my loan was rejected, he didn’t give up—he asked about my budget and started looking for other options for me. Chris is very genuine, positive, and really cares about finding the right car for his customers. Even though I haven’t bought a car from him yet, if I get a chance in the future, I would definitely go back to his store. No other dealer I’ve met has been as supportive as Chris.
