"Last Thursday, we broke down on the hard shoulder of the highway at an exit. The company arrived quickly and took us to a safe location where we could call the ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club). A little later, Jan from Delta Towing arrived with his tow truck to ask if one of us needed to use the restroom, and he took my mother to the gas station to pee. He was very attentive, friendly, and calm. He also noticed the timing belt was broken before the ANWB arrived. We were able to hand the car over to Delta Towing and received a very comfortable and economical loaner car on the spot, which we could use for two working days (four days for us because it was the weekend). Excellent service!"

"Last Saturday, our car reported an oil pressure malfunction: "Stop your car, listen carefully." And then we had to call the insurance company to arrange a tow. They said it could take a while. But before we knew it, Norbert was on the line, saying, "I'll be there in a minute." The car was neatly loaded and taken to the garage in Emmeloord. Once inside, Norbert gave me a cup of coffee and reassured me. We still had some paperwork to do, but because we were busy, his colleague Frank, who was free, came to take over, so I decided to color with the beautiful coloring page. When it was done, Frank took me home, which wasn't necessary but was an added service. They're a great team. I had a really good laugh with them. I'm glad they're there, but I hope I don't have to call them again for a while. Keep up the good work, heroes of the road! 💪💪💪 Regards, Mike"

"Sunday evening, I broke down on the highway. Norbert from Delta Berging & Transport in Emmeloord arrived quickly (before Rijkswaterstaat!). The car was quickly recharged, and thankfully, we were back on the road in no time. As a courtesy, he delivered the car and me to the garage. Very professional staff who act quickly and efficiently when needed."

"On Friday, October 10th, I had trouble with my Mazda. Delta Recovery had it towed, and they arranged a replacement vehicle for me. I needed a tow bar to continue my journey. Mazda hadn't arranged this properly before. Frank and Jan from Delta were extremely helpful and arranged for me to get on the road with a replacement car and tow bar. Besides the help, it was a very pleasant experience, and we had a nice cup of coffee with the guys!"

"The staff is very friendly, they really go the extra mile to try and solve your problems, while keeping your preferences in mind. After a a long day of trying to repair my bike without success, they took it in. I had to wait for a cab so they put a chair outside for me and gave me a few coffees and an ice cream to enjoy."
