"Friendly and clear service, and very satisfied with my Dacia Sandero. Just went back to Dacia to program a second key... the key they provided turned out to be incorrect... it certainly happens, no problem. Made a new appointment on February 11th... got a loaner car that day... all on my own initiative... I didn't ask for it... excellent service and a satisfied customer... even though sometimes things don't go as planned (key)."

"I'm giving it 5 stars because the (major) repair was handled professionally and quickly. The warranty was also applied correctly. My only comment afterward is that I would have liked an overview of the repair covered by the warranty. This is a minor quibble that doesn't detract from the 5-star rating."
