"Last week, we visited Dirk for the first time to look at an X4. We were treated courteously and took a test drive. The car seemed to have a very slight whistling sound on the driver's side, which we reported politely. He said he would look into it. There was also minor paint damage on the rear bumper, which he said would be fixed as well. We spoke for a while after that because we wanted to trade in our own car. We explained that we had had a somewhat unpleasant buying experience with our other car, so we wanted to discuss what we were going to do quietly, face-to-face. We agreed to call him that same day. We did so and proceeded with the purchase. Two days later, we picked up the car, with the rubber seals repaired, four new brake pads fitted due to our not-so-pleasant experience (they still had quite a few kilometers left in them, but I drive a lot every year) so that I can easily keep using it for another two years, and a touch-up paint pen ordered for the damage (a unique color) so we could fix it. We feel well assisted and taken seriously regarding our less-than-pleasant experience, which meant we drove home with a very good feeling. So far, our experience is excellent, and we have made clear agreements about what to do if anything happens during the warranty period. Great!!"

"Onlangs een BMW 1 Serie gekocht bij deze BMW specialist. Ben goed en vriendelijk ontvangen. Na het bekijken van de auto en een proefrit ben ik tot koop van de auto overgegaan. Toen ik naar huis reed is er een lampje gaan branden (motormanagement) en kwam ik er tevens achter stond het stuur scheef. Ik heb toen gebeld naar de BMW specialist en die vertelde mij dat ik lang kom komen, en dat het opgelost zou worden. Dit heb ik gedaan en nou zijn we bezig met het oplossen van de problemen. Daarnaast heeft meneer de auto laten uitlijnen en hiervoor heb ik niet hoeven betalen. Kortom een prettige garage en zeer betrouwbaar. Mocht u overwegen er een auto te kopen zou ik zeggen twijfel niet en ga lang!"

"Bought a BMW 525I, it looked great and wasn't overpriced. However, two days later, the car displayed a message that the coolant level was too low and the oil pressure was also too low. It's odd that this could happen, because a "reputable" BMW specialist would have checked this during the purchase. Apparently, I wasn't told, because they were busy and didn't have time to check every little thing. The passenger compartment monitor (in the seat) also kept beeping after my friend had stopped using it (he was with me and then dropped it off at home, so I only discovered it after the purchase). Another seller I won't be going to again. Of course, there was no warranty on these defects. In the end, it still ended up being too expensive for the car. Regards, Tom"

"A true BMW specialist! I bought my 525i estate there. Unfortunately, there was a small leak in the radiator, but it was promptly replaced without any hassle. It all went so smoothly, which isn't something you experience very often. It's a small company with its own workshop and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!"
