"Our car's MOT was quickly, thoroughly, and properly serviced. We give it our full marks for this. A tip: for older customers, it would be helpful if a regular bike were offered as a courtesy bike. The bike offered to me is far too small, and at our age, it takes too much energy to ride such a small bike."

"Even one star is too much! They don't solve the problems. When picking up the car from the public parking lot next to the building, your window is open. Tires were changed, rims weren't cleaned, and there was still grease on them. You do get a free car wash at the local car wash. But hey, it's not that much trouble to degrease your rims, right? Renewing your navigation subscription also doesn't work, despite an email offering renewals. Opel's own service is also terrible; they refer you to the dealer. And they can't solve it either. Great!"
