"I went in for an MOT two months ago, and unfortunately, the service light is back on. So I called them politely and was asked if I could come by and have them take a look right away. The mechanic was very friendly and told me he was going to get the box to scan it and if I could wait outside. A woman named Marleen came out, completely angry at me, saying I shouldn't dictate how they operate. She yelled at me, which wasn't the case at all. I had to pay immediately because I had to drive inside. I told her, "Madam, it's a troubleshooting. I'm happy to pay if there's a problem, but not when I and three others have been your customers for two years or more." The way I was treated was a terrible experience. It's a good garage, but that woman shouldn't even be behind a cash register at Aldi. She's such a nasty person."
