"Never buy a car here!!!! Bought a Ford Fiesta in February for €5,750. The car was supposed to get new brake discs upon delivery due to vibration. The clutch had supposedly been recently replaced, and the timing belt had only been on the road for 30,000 km. This wasn't just stated in the advertisement but was also confirmed by the seller. When I picked up the car, the brake discs hadn't been replaced. According to the seller, this turned out to be unnecessary, as the brake caliper was the problem, and they had fixed that. I was given the discs as spare parts (the cheapest of the cheapest brake discs, at most a few tens of euros). He had the booklets and invoices that came with the car at his other office, but I was able to pick them up that same week. Right from the start, I had problems with the clutch; it kept sticking. At first, I thought it was due to the loose floor mats or that I just needed to get used to the car. Scheduling an appointment to pick up the booklets and invoices proved virtually impossible. The man doesn't respond to anything and is rarely at the office. After a few dangerous situations with the car constantly stalling, I finally went to my own garage. They diagnosed a leaking clutch cylinder and a sticking brake caliper. After repeated attempts to contact them, I finally found the right guy at the garage. He offered to have the clutch checked. When I picked him up, he claimed that only the clutch needed bleeding. After my insistence, they replaced the leaking cylinder, inspected the caliper for a second time, and replaced the (cheap) discs. A week later, the same caliper was sticking again, and even worse than before. My own garage diagnosed a defective ABS pump, which cost €500. I never received any booklets or invoices. They also found that the stabilizer bar and rubbers need replacing, and as a precaution, I'll also have to replace the timing belt and pump soon. This is because, four months later, I still have no proof that they were actually replaced; unfortunately, the sticker under the hood is missing. The timing belt replacement interval for a Ford is 160,000 km, and when I bought it, it already had about 155,000 km on the clock, so I better not wait. The cost has already reached a hefty €1500 in four months, and there's still plenty to come, because we're not there yet. So be warned, because forewarned is forearmed."

"Two months ago, I bought a car for my disabled mother. The timing belt was supposed to be replaced, and a week later, it blew. The mechanic then told me the belt hadn't been replaced and was at least eight years old. When I called him afterward, he didn't answer. He did, however, accidentally when I called from a different number. WhatsApp messages weren't answered either. People, beware."
