"I recently had my car repaired at Carxpert van Osta, but the service was subpar. I was without my car for six days for a single oil cooler repair, and all I could get was a worn-out loaner bike. And to think that Carxpert heavily promotes their customers' mobility, and I haven't even mentioned the cost of the repair. I had to pay €582, and they charged €187 for the oil cooler, and that's considering the purchase price of such a thing is €50 to €60. And the worst part is that the mechanic called me a swindler for complaining about this to Carxpert. I will no longer have my car repaired by Carxpert or Van Osta."

"My car was recently taken to Van Osta by the ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club) because the clutch was broken. I called in the morning to ask how much it would cost. The guy wasn't at the office, so he said he would call me back. When I called back, he said he still needed to look at the car, but if it was indeed the clutch, it would cost around €700-800. I told him I was still considering it and that nothing needed to be done. We discussed it, and they were able to have it fixed at another garage for half the price. I called Van Osta back to say that nothing needed to be done to my car and that it would be towed. Two hours later, they called back and suddenly told me I had to pay €60 for a diagnostic fee. I never agreed to this, and these costs weren't discussed with me beforehand. That evening, I immediately emailed Van Osta, saying I wouldn't pay for something I never agreed to. I'd called to say it didn't need to be inspected (it hadn't been done yet). I received no response to this email. Then the man from Van Osta says he spent hours working on my car to determine what was wrong, even though I was told it still needed to be looked at. These costs can't be charged because I never agreed to them. Costs should always be discussed in advance, but this wasn't done. They supposedly spent hours working on my car, even though the ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club) had already reported that the clutch was broken. I definitely don't recommend Van Osta; they're just charging me for something I never agreed to."
