On February 14th, we bought a car from Carwell. Based on the excellent reviews and the car we really wanted, we drove from Brabant to Lelystad. We received a very warm and friendly welcome with coffee and tea. After a few days, we noticed something was wrong with the car. We contacted Mr. Karvel. He was very friendly and calm, listened carefully, and spoke to us on the phone. Having the car repaired in Lelystad wasn't an option for us. We're having the car repaired at our garage. Mr. Karvel offered us a small fee for the repairs, and we are very grateful and thrilled for that. We would like to thank Mr. Karvel again for the pleasant contact.

What a company... I bought a car remotely, even though it needed an MOT. They called to say I couldn't pick it up on the agreed-upon day! The clutch was stiff...and Carwell had it checked out...now they're putting in a new clutch of their own accord! Because they want to deliver a car in perfect condition. Where else do you see that anymore! This is truly fantastic! So neat!

I've visited several dealerships, but Carwell really makes a difference. I specifically went for a car and bought one (very happy with it). I also looked at the other cars. They were all neat, damage-free cars. Something different from what I'd experienced during my car search. I also found the owner friendly, very helpful, and patient (which is really nice when you're not being rushed by salespeople). He's proactive and offers advice. In short, definitely worth a comprehensive review, 100% recommended, so others can benefit too. Thanks again for the great service; I'm still thrilled with my new gem.

We received excellent service at Carwell. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. Everything was clearly explained, and they really helped us find the perfect solution. My wife is thrilled with her new car, and that speaks volumes! The service was excellent, the price was fair, and even the little things were perfect—delicious tea and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. We were more than satisfied and look back on this purchase with great satisfaction. We absolutely recommend Carwell to anyone looking for a car and excellent service!

I bought this car there on Tuesday. They were super friendly, gave me a cup of coffee and tea, and was allowed to look around at my leisure. I saw this car and was invited for a test drive, and everything was clearly explained, and he took his time with me. I took the car home immediately, and when I got home, it turned out it wasn't running smoothly. I called right away, and it wasn't a problem at all. He sent me to the garage the next day, where the problem was resolved. The car drives great now. Excellent service and definitely trustworthy. I highly recommend Carwell. Thanks, Carwell.
