We drove by last Sunday without even making an appointment. I saw a nice Renault Modus advertised with very few kilometers. When we got there, I couldn't find it, so I decided to call and spoke to a super friendly owner who gave us a very warm welcome. The car was parked inside in a dark, covered area with carpeting that looked like an office. They turned on the light, and I saw the car and immediately fell in love with the color and how polished it looked. He took the car out for a test drive, and before I knew it, we were in his office completing the paperwork. I was allowed to leave the car for a week because in Amsterdam, you first have to wait forever for a parking permit. That wasn't a problem, because he took care of the vehicle inspection. The car passed the inspection with a random check without any problems. I picked it up a week later, and I'm honestly happy with the purchase. I can't say anything but excellent service. I'll definitely check out Carpoint again. They were in the middle of a move/renovation and were only selling exclusive cars. Definitely worth checking out.

Great experience and super happy with my car! I recently bought a car and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. The car drives perfectly. You can tell they have knowledge and a passion for cars. Reliable service, definitely recommended!

We bought our car there, and there shouldn't be anything wrong with it. Finally, during the MOT, the engine turned out to be broken, it was leaking oil, the water pump was broken, and the turbine was broken. And after contacting them, there was still radio silence. Therefore, unfortunately, we had to file a police report and hire a lawyer.
