I recently bought a used car from this dealership. Within the first few weeks of purchase, the car already developed serious defects. The ignition coils and spark plugs were completely worn and needed immediate replacement – ​​something a professional dealership should absolutely have identified when selling. After less than three weeks, I broke down on the side of the road. The car now runs completely and has an unexplained engine malfunction. It turns out it's so unreliable that there's really no point in buying it – I'm only getting the trade price for it. And this, despite the fact that I only get a test drive when I buy it. Such a short drive is never a good way to assess everything that's wrong with a car. Longer drives or better inspections under performance pressure are necessary for that, something they, as a dealership, have the knowledge and resources to do. Although I didn't purchase an extended warranty, this doesn't mean the seller can just wash their hands of everything. Under Dutch law (Article 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code), a purchased car, even a used one, must meet reasonable expectations based on factors such as price, year of manufacture, and mileage. In the Netherlands (and the EU), a product, including a car, must meet reasonable expectations and be suitable for its intended purpose. This was clearly not the case here. A car that sits idle after a few weeks and has virtually lost its value is not in accordance with the agreement. As a professional seller, a car dealership also has a duty of care: they have the knowledge and resources to thoroughly inspect a car before selling it. Significantly worn parts such as ignition coils and spark plugs should be in good condition upon delivery. The fact that the car is already unusable after a few weeks indicates negligence or a lack of proper inspection. What I find particularly objectionable is that people are hiding behind the lack of a warranty – but even without a warranty, as a buyer, you are entitled to expect a car to be sound, safe, and usable. There was also no consideration or provision of a proportionate solution. In short: As a consumer, you always end up on the losing end.

Great people! This morning I noticed a scratch on my brand new van, which was incredibly annoying. I happened to drive past this detailing shop and popped in to ask for advice on the scratch. Luckily, they had time to take a look and told me it was easy to remove. A 5-minute polish with the machine and the scratch was gone. I was very happy with it, of course, and asked how much I would have to pay. He said it wouldn't have been a problem and didn't charge anything. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. I'll be making an appointment soon for exterior and interior cleaning! I'll give them 5 stars!

Someone had scratched my brand new van, so I happened upon this detailing company and walked in. I was greeted very kindly, and we examined the scratch together. I was helped right away, and sure enough, the scratch was gone within 5 minutes. Very friendly people and a professional approach. Definitely recommended!
