Every problem is described in detail, and they explain what needs to be done and what the costs will be. Nothing is done without my knowledge, so there are no surprises when I pick up the car. Both the repair work and the communication are at the highest level !"

Right from the moment I called to book an appointment, I was met with insightful advice and guidance from Jasper regarding the specifics of what I needed to bring for my car stereo installation. Upon my visit, not only was Jasper proficient in installing the stereo I brought, but he also effortlessly incorporated a 3D printed panel I had crafted to replace the existing cigarette compartment with USB connections, without any hassle. Before wrapping up, he took the time to walk me through the installation, making sure each connection was functioning perfectly and answering all my queries with professionalism and grace. I must admit, I mistakenly came in a day earlier than my scheduled appointment, but instead of turning me away, Jasper welcomed me with a helpful and accommodating attitude, delivering top-notch service. His flexibility and customer-first approach were simply amazing! The stereo works like a dream. I couldn't recommend Car Service Krimpenerwaard enough! "They installed my carplay system, reverse camera and both dashcams in my E91. For this they had to open up a lot of trim and run the wires without them being visible. They did an excellent job and discussed all choices up front. There were a couple of small things for which they contacted me when they occurred to discus the best way forward. Because of an issue with the carplay system they even contacted the supplier to get the issue resolved. Couldn't have wanted a better service!"
