"I was interested in a car. As soon as I got it, I sent a WhatsApp message saying I wanted to take a look. He'll tell me tomorrow (Saturday, so after 12 noon, I'll see if I can). I sent a final message at 12 noon, but I didn't hear anything back. Around 5 PM, I sent another text saying I was disappointed the guy wasn't being honest with me. Then he came up with an excuse that the car wasn't working properly and he was going to take it off Marktplaats (even though he said in the ad and yesterday that the car drove fine). I'm not a newbie either; I looked at the RDW registration number and saw that it had just been transferred. When I confronted him, he said he'd sold it to a dealer, so far from honest and transparent. He'd just secretly sold it behind my back. Such a shame."
