"Don't buy a car here! No honest sellers! We bought a Mercedes E63s. We agreed on a 12-month warranty in the contract. When we tried to invoke the 12-month warranty, we were told it didn't apply to a business purchase. Nonsense, of course; with a business purchase, you can contractually agree on a warranty. We did so. We discussed this for a good hour before buying. I'm not buying a car worth almost €80,000 without a warranty, of course. Within three months of purchasing the car, it started pulling to the right. They initially had it repaired at their own expense. Apparently, the right rear spring bellows were broken. After two or three months, the message kept coming back. We asked them to check if it was the same problem, since the car was giving the same message and pulling to the right again. We were immediately told we would have to pay for the costs ourselves. We invoked the 12-month warranty we'd contractually agreed to, but they suddenly refused and claimed there was no warranty. Finally, we went to Louman Garage. It turned out the spring bellows weren't properly balanced, which was why the message kept coming back. It wouldn't have been a big deal for BvO, but their unprofessionalism cost them a customer."

"Bought a Porsche Cayenne hybrid 10 months ago. From the very first hour, I had problems with it pulling to the right and the sunroof not closing. The car still pulls, but the roof was finally fixed after six attempts. Be careful. This company takes out insurance with Real Garant, and that's all you need. "We did our best," they said. "Now call your insurance company." Many problems with your car are excluded from this Elite warranty policy from BVO Automotive. So please read it carefully before signing. On the other hand, my car has been at Porsche in Amsterdam for a few weeks due to a leak. There's always water in my trunk, and that's where the hybrid battery is. Conclusion: I shouldn't have bought this car; it wasn't in good condition when it was sold to me.""

"I bought a car back in April from Anton in BVO, the process was really quick and clear. Anton was attentive and explained the ins and outs of the deal.
