"A few weeks ago, we bought our first car here. We only went for a test drive, but we really liked the car and felt comfortable with Jacques's calm demeanor. He was honest about the car and even offered to replace the timing belt. Two weeks after buying it, the car wouldn't start, so we had it towed to the garage. Jacques felt very sorry for us (it took a while for the necessary part to arrive) and even offered us a loaner car (which we didn't need). In short: friendly and patient service, even when it was to the garage's detriment. I would definitely recommend him."
