"Brought my car in for repairs, and there's always an (electric) bike ready. I cycled into Assen and was quickly called to say parts hadn't been ordered... a mistake... it happens... I tried to get parts and succeeded... I started the repair.... After an hour, another phone call... another part wasn't in stock... the car had to remain on the bridge, and a loaner car was available. Two days later, the repair was complete... I picked up the car again. It was neatly replaced under warranty! Excellent service, and the mechanic always contacts you directly! A very pleasant experience!"

"I bought my car from this garage a year ago. Today I went back for maintenance. To be honest, I wasn't completely satisfied at first. But they absolutely proved me wrong. The team is professional, service-oriented, and customer-focused. You can tell these people know their trade and are very customer-friendly. We may not have had a perfect start, but I hope we continue to enjoy working together for many years to come. Top-notch garage. I'll stick with Broekhuis and will recommend everyone to go there."

"The staff is friendly. My car had its 60,000 service properly. However, the bill was much more expensive than I expected. When I pointed this out, they said that's what Lynk & Co. charges. I later found out that the garage itself is allowed to set these prices, not Lynk & Co. They probably also thought Broekhuis was overcharging for the 60,000 service, because they made it €250 cheaper. I probably wasn't the only one complaining. Broekhuis won't give me retroactive compensation, so I won't be going back. Other Volvo/Lynk & Co. garages are much cheaper and probably just as good. Tip: ask several garages for quotes first, so you won't encounter any surprises."
