Den Helder is an hour from my home. But when I arrived at my appointment, my tire was flat. I still had three appointments to attend. So she not only fixed my tire but also helped me get a rental car so I could get to my assignments. They were my saving graces that day!

The team provided excellent service. The bike needed servicing and I drove it for a while. At one point, the bike started to panic, and I had to quickly find a service center. The Broekhuis team had to make some adjustments. Within a few hours, I received a call that the car was ready. Tom, thanks for the quick service. I'll be happy to return to you at a more convenient time.

We would like to thank Mr. Vijzelaar and the entire Broekhuis team for helping a young family in desperation! It was a sunday late afternoon. On our way back home from Texel our Audi A6 broke down in Den Helder. Right in the middle of a roundabout the car went out. The road assistance service ANWB (thank you Willem!) managed to bring us to VW Broekhuis. We left the car on the car park and took a hotel. The next morning we headed to Broekhuis and must have been the first customers that day. We explained Mr. Vijzelaar our problem and he immediately offered his help although the books were full with regular customers. That same afternoon we got a phone call. Mr. Vijzelaar explained to us that the car had been checked and that the crankshaft pulley was broken. The alternator and everything else (power steering, AC, water pump etc.) couldn't be driven which resultet in drainage of the battery and a non-functional car altogether. Quite a big damage. The whole front part of the car had to be disassembled in order to access the damaged parts. Hours of work! Nevertheless, after only 31 hours of our first visit at Broekhuis we got a phone call from Mr. Vijzelaar saying that the car is repaired and we can continue our journey home. We are absolutely thrilled by the fast help that we got from the friendly Broekhuis team! Gentlemen, for you it is a daily routine to repair cars. For a young family with a toddler "stranded" in a foreign country and desperate to get home help like this means the world! THANK YOU!
