"On October 27th, we saw a great replacement for our Fiesta in Hoogeveen. After a cheerful welcome, we were politely spoken to without any business talk. After receiving a good trade-in offer, including a test drive at home, we made the decision and bought it. They then thoroughly inspected the car and delivered it to our home in a fully serviced condition. The employee who cleaned the car gets a solid 9.5 from me, while their colleagues in Harderwijk only manage a meager 7! We've been driving it for a while now, and we still get a kick out of getting in and driving away. Thanks for that!!"

"I've never had such poor service at a Broekhuis dealership. I had my car inspected there. The first time, it failed due to a few minor issues. It's perfectly fine, that can happen with a car. However, when I arrived for my second appointment, they hadn't received all the parts yet, so I had to come back again. They told me I'd have to come back later. The multi-belt they'd replaced at the second appointment had been incorrectly installed, so it tore off the next day. So I was left stranded on the side of the road. However, Ford Assistance was with my car. Ford Hogeveen had temporarily stopped it because it was due for an MOT, but hadn't turned it back on when I got it back. So I had to pay €220 to have it removed. The car went back to Ford Hogeveen the next day. Two days later, I received a call that my car was ready to be picked up. When I picked it up, I had to pay the MOT/repair fee, which was understandable. I was then told that the multi-belt had been replaced and that I only had to pay for one, since the other one was their fault. They also returned the wheel bolts and told me that my wheel bolt was in the car with the spare tire. However, after picking up my car, I received it back with even more problems than I had returned it with. The car returned with the following problems, which didn't exist before. - My hubcaps were damaged after you replaced my tires. - My left rear fender was loose. It had been attached before returning it. - After the visit, there was moisture in the car. - The rear parking sensors were no longer working. - And to my great surprise, the worn multi-belt hadn't been replaced at all during the third visit. They simply left it in place and charged me for it. They were even kind enough to say that I only had to pay for one multi-belt because the other one was their fault. My car was finally picked up, and I was given a temporary replacement. That was handled properly. My car was returned promptly, and everything was resolved. However, it took four or five weeks, and I had to take them home for two Fridays and make four trips to the garage. To my great surprise, I wanted to have my summer tires put back on, and the locking bolts weren't with the spare tire, as they'd said. They said it wouldn't fit, and they had to remove the locking bolt. They never told me this, and they said it was in the car. The locking bolt worked just fine, as it wasn't the first time I'd had my summer rims removed. Now I'm missing four locking bolts, and they're like, "Oh, your problem." I'll never take my car there again."
