"We were hit on the highway in June, causing dents and paint damage across the entire left side, and the wing mirror was loose. The mirror was replaced after just one day. An appointment was scheduled for August for the remaining damage. That took a few weeks, but since the car was still running, it wasn't a problem. We brought the car in last Monday and were able to pick it up again on Wednesday. 👍 It was perfectly repaired. Excellent service, and the lady who helped us was very friendly."

"I've been to C&S several times in the past for body repair. They always did excellent work. But since this company was acquired by HTH Groep, Broekhuis Autoschadeherstel, the quality has deteriorated. I took my car to this company to have several parts replaced. Parts were mounted crookedly, incorrectly, and not secured properly. After returning several times, the problem still wasn't resolved. So I decided to have the car assessed by the Focwa Disputes Committee. After that, I was eventually refunded the repair fee. I then went to another body repair company, and they were astonished by how they had handled the repair. It turned out that parts were not secured properly, were broken off, were installed incorrectly, or secured with sealant. My car has since been properly repaired by another company. So, I will never go back to HTH Autoschade."
