"The owner of Brabant Auto's, "Jan," keeps quiet about all the car's defects, making it seem fine at first, but it turns out there's quite a bit wrong with it. - The back door suddenly stops working - The car is making strange squeaking noises - The car won't go into reverse - The car won't shift properly while driving All of this within 24 hours. We went back, and he said things like: It's not that bad, nothing wrong, the car is fine, oh, I see this often, there's nothing wrong with it, just go away, just take the car, I've seen much worse, etc. If you try to tell him what's broken, he talks over you so loudly that you can't finish your sentence. Then I said to my girlfriend: "Do you really want the car like this?" He then walked over to me and said: "WHAT DID YOU SAY?" He tapped me, got angry, and said: "I never buy a car back!" All of this was said in a very aggressive and intimidating tone. I advise everyone against ever buying a car from him. What a terribly unpleasant person he is. We filled the car with gas and drove back to the dealership twice after buying it. With great difficulty, he gave us our money back, but not for the gas we'd used. He also wanted to deduct some of the money from the purchase price because he'd had someone from the ANWB come and inspect the car, which is ridiculous, of course, because he sells a car as if there's nothing wrong with it, yet within a single day, he has so many defects.
