I agree with Emma. I came in for a very simple repair, replacing a readily accessible coolant hose. I decided to wait while the repair was done. The repair was registered using the license plate, but the dealer had to search for a hose for ages, and I was told to come back the next day. The next day, there was no alternative transportation, so I asked if I could come back the next day and leave the car. Third time there. The next day, I received a bill of €250 for 1.5 hours of work (half an hour is normal for such a job), and work I hadn't authorized, such as reading a computer (the car is due for MOT in a month) and topping up expensive coolant, even though there was a bag for it in the car. They also charged a higher rate than I'm used to from a regular garage, even more than an official Jaguar dealership. And there was something about exhaust fumes, as mentioned above, which was nonsense. I'll never go there again.

I've been here before when there was a tall, "thin" man behind the reception desk. Everything was perfectly arranged then. I've been back now for my car's inspection. It failed due to excessively high exhaust gas levels. The battery and front and rear brake pads also needed replacing. Fortunately, my father's colleague was a former MOT inspector. They called Bosch Car Service Roosendaal and told them that the exhaust gas test should be done with the engine warmed up. They said this had been done. We later rejected the car and took it back to a friendly garage to have it tested. Then it was fine... Then we drove back and explained the situation. We checked the meter and voila, it was fine. Because this was the point of rejection, they said they could now inspect it, and so it was after another payment for the inspection. Then the battery was checked, which was also fine. Of course, the brake pads were also checked, and they were still half their original thickness. This shouldn't be possible! They tried to cheat a young woman out of their money! Luckily, my father and his colleague know about cars; otherwise, they could have told me anything. I no longer recommend this company!

Unreliable and unprofessional service I took my car to this company for a routine diagnosis, but without consulting them, they completely disassembled the engine. They assumed I would have the repair done, without informing me in advance about the cost of the diagnosis or asking for my permission. When I indicated that I didn't want the repair done because of the high cost, they reacted angrily and aggressively. They then told me I had to pay €1,000 to have the engine reassembled as it was when I brought the car in. This amount was justified by the time and effort the disassembly had taken, but they should never have done it without my permission. Furthermore, I noticed that every time I come here, new problems are "discovered," which makes me feel like they're deliberately incurring extra costs. The costs are extremely high, and the customer service is disrespectful and unfriendly. I would absolutely not recommend this garage. The lack of professionalism and customer focus means I will never take my car there again.
